β β β β β Tammy is an angel! After a rough divorce I didnβt know who I was seeing in the mirror. She helped me understand all my options and was empathetic and compassionate about my situation. The results exceeded all my expectations! Every morning now, I look in the mirror and this relaxed, fresh, open face looks back and I can actually believe for the first time in years that yeah, I got this, today is going to be a good day. I HIGHLY recommend Tammy to anyone considering Botox or fillers. She will find the perfect solution and keep you safe and relaxed each step of the way.

β β β β β An amazing clinic, nothing but good experiences! The clinic manager Katie was excellent in booking me with my limited availability. Sylvia was amazing at giving fillers and a lip flip with a focus on making sure you look natural! So excited to get back!

β β β β β My first appointment at this clinic was for scleratherapy, which went well. The clinic provides you with 3 cc of sclera solution to treat your unwanted veins. On my second appointment RPN S did the procedure as well, however on this appointment she used a syringe that was not 3 cc but a lot less. I was injected only 3 times. On my first appointment I was injected over 15 times. I said after the procedure. Is that it. Are we done. She was like, yes. I thought that was weird. Went home. Kept thinking how can that syringe be the same as my first appointment. So I launched an inquiry to the clinic. RPN S was away on vacation. I had another booked scleratherapy from when I left my second appointment. I was told I would speak to RPN S about my previous treatment at that appointment. At that appointment she said the reason she used a smaller syringe on my second appointment was bc the clinic ran out of sclera solution and she had to use a different stronger solution. I was thinking in my mind at the time, why wouldnβt she disclose this at the time of my appointment or before my appointment to give me the option of rebooking. I decided to shrug it off and give her the benefit of the doubt. During my 3rd sclera appt, she used the correct 3 cc syringe and appropriate solution volume. After the sclera I had 17 units of Botox administered to my forehead, eye lift and frown area between my eyes. Approximately 5 weeks after the treatment I had no results from the Botox at all. I have been doing Botox for at least 4 -5 years about 2-3 times a year. Approximately at max between 15-20 units depending on the need or time between sessions. Sometimes only doing 12 units. My previous treatments were done in Waterloo at a different clinic. I only chose to do the treatment at Guelph Medical Laser Skin Centre bc I was already doing scleratherapy and this clinic had a deal of 7 per unit for Black Friday. When I went there today to review my nonexistent Botox results Nurse T came to speak to me in a private room of to the side. She walked in the room, no smile, very aggressive and assertive. Felt like I needed to hire a Lawyer to represent myself. She had a paper in front of her with a diagram of a person and numbers written on it representing units I had done supposedly. The units written down did not even equal 17. She had to add the number 10 to make it equal 17. Right then and there I knew this was gonna be shady. I know the clinic uses electronic charting and not paper chart, furthermore my name wasnβt on the so-called chart. She would ask me questions and when I answered she would tell me to breathe and settle down, I wasnβt able to explain myself. I felt horrible in that room. She continued on saying there were no photos to corroborate my concerns. I told her RPN S did take photos. She was like where? I said in the treatment room. She was like what device was used to take the photos. I said an iPad. I really should of showed up with counsel. I kept trying to show her that when I raise my eye brows I had muscle lines on my forehead which I shouldnβt after a Botox treatment. She then said I would of needed 20 units, an extra 4 units for results, then said that 17 units wouldnβt treat my crows feet. I did not have any crows feet to treat and that part of my face was not treated. She then became very upset when I rebutted her crows feet statement stormed out of the room screaming into the reception area that she isnβt dealing with me. I was completely embarrassed and ashamed. Humiliated. I didnβt know what to do but sit still and wait in that room till I calmed down. 5 minutes later another woman entered the room and she was polite, and seemed kind of concerned she knew I wasnβt happy with the treatment and refunded my money. For this they get 1 star. Buyer beware. Personally I do not believe this clinic practices in good faith, especially the nurses injecting patients there.

β β β β β Fantastic place. The clinic manager Katie is very sweet and organized. I love that I get a reminder before my appointments and communication is always clear. All of the appointments I've had are on time, and when I had to reschedule they were very understanding and accommodating.
The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and nurse Tammy is the best. I've been to a number of a cosmetic clinics, but Tammy is legitimately fantastic and I can't recommend her enough. She is kind, engaging, genuine, and very experienced. I get very anxious with needles, and she is always patient and accommodating. She just has a kind soul and I always love getting treatments done at this clinic.
And the results are always amazing. If you're looking for a great cosmetic nurse who will deliver beautiful results, I 100% recommend booking an appointment with Tammy at Guelph Medical.

β β β β β The staff at Guelph medical laser and skin clinic are very welcoming and friendly. Tammy is a amazing woman. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started this journey, I had a bad experience at another clinic. Tammy welcomed me with open arms. I can't thank you enough for making me feel as good on the outside as I do on the inside. You are truly one of a kind!!
