Great experience today! They got me in same day for an impromptu appointment! Receptionist was very helpful, the finance person was full of compliments and knowledge and the nurse(injector) was top notch!! Beautiful salon!

Skin Vitality (Kitchener location)- The staff are warm, friendly, informative and very helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting, if you are interested or even curious about the service they offer. There are so many great offers and options available for you to choose from. I have an appointment booked for next week and can’t wait! Love it!

My first visit to Skin Vitality was fabulous! Paulina, the injector was very nice as was the lady at the counter and my apt went smoothly. They always have have great deals which is why I chose them for my Botox treatments. My second visit had a scheduling conflict on their end and I was very disappointed however, they more than made it up to me and I will continue to choose Skin Vitality!

My husband and I went in for our first appointments lastnight. My first impression was great and we both had a good experience. We haven’t had any treatments yet but the staff are welcoming and friendly. We had all of our questions answered without feeling rushed. We booked our first treatments for next week. Can’t wait!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a laser hair removal consultation this past weekend, just wanting to inquire about pricing. One of the girls gave me a break down and had booked me in for an appointment for the upcoming Friday. The lady explained it in a confusing way but basically wanted me to pay for my first session at this consultation even though my appointment wasn’t for another week. Stupid me I ended up paying because I was confused and felt like I was being pushed to pay at that time. 2 days later I decide to call to try to get a refund and go to another salon because their prices are insane. Basically the financial advisor (I’m assuming, or consult manager not even sure) told me they don’t do refunds which I completely understood but considering I only went in for a consultation (which is free) and then felt forced to pay for a treatment that I have never even received yet? Ridiculous. When I explained the situation the lady said she cannot refund me but give me a store credit. I told her I wasn’t interested and I would like my money back (which was almost $600) because I have not had any treatment done on me and am not interested in having any sort of treatment done at this office. The lady’s argument was that at retail stores sometimes they don’t do refunds either only store credit, but I told her the only difference in that scenario is you will still have a product in your possession. My situation is different if you compare it to that scenario because I was never given ANY treatment. Basically I feel like I was hustled into giving away almost $600 for free. Awful customer service, and the lady continuously kept talking over me when I spoke with her on the phone. Literally have to file a dispute with my bank over this which is ridiculous. I was warned by friends not to come here and I really wish I listened.

I had lip fillers and botox done in this clinic- Paulina was amazing. It felt like she knew exactly what I wanted even before I even had to say it. The whole process was smooth, Paulina ensured I was comfortable and we had all our basis covered. Very good value too! Highly recommend.

Had a few appointments with Skin Vitality so far and all went great. I haven't seen much results just yet for my laser hair removal treatments but I am optimistic for future appointments, these things don't happen overnight after all! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the evening appointments they have available are perfect for people who work. I would recommend anyone to try them out for all of your skincare medical needs.
