S	Sierra Lefave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the space at Royal City Studios, it’s a great place to record music, have a performance, teach a class or use for photography. The owner, Jim, is an awesome guy. He is extremely helpful and always available if you have any questions. The space is incredibly well equipped with everything from instruments and sound equipment to lighting. Can’t beat renting this space for any purpose. Best rental space in the TriCity!

Even though he saw people sitting at the tables and eating. If you want to enjoy your event, better find another place.

The owner was super accommodating, the room we used had some great gear, had no issues with anything at all. Lots of variety in room sizes and setup, and they have a great bigger room that can be used for shows…and they are licensed!

The space is set up in an ideal way and the owners are very accommodating and were excellent to work with! I would highly recommend Jim & Nikki! Very comfortable. Great lighting options. Lots of windows, or blackout curtains if the mood lends. Rental cost was very reasonable. Outside catering is a must. Black backdrop was available, but we chose not to use exposed brick wall instead. Heating/cooling is specifically controlled for the space, and there were 3 easy to find individual washrooms (1 with change table). Lots of parking available too! Great rental space & experience!

I'm impressed with the selection and quality of equipment, the different sized rooms or offers, and the employees who work here. We're going to grab a band membership to keep using this place, and think you'd love this place if you enjoy playing music, too.

Here are some pictures from the last Canada's Drag Race Season 2 viewing party that was here. In the picture is Kimora Amour and myself and some from her performance.

We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped inside, people were so friendly and open, specially the host, Yuri. It is an amazing place to go, have a beer, listen to live music with talented musicians while they have fun meeting other musicians. My dad loved it and I also had a lot of fun watching him play with people he just had met. Very casual environment. Highly recommended. They also have rooms for rehearsals that can be rented, and a recording room. This place is any musician's dream!
