★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen Elizabeth a few times now and she is really good at what she does. She takes her time to get to know what's wrong and then makes sure she spends enough time on it to fix it. I have went a got sports taping done by her a few times to help with the life like injuries I've had from sports in my younger years. I highly recommend her, as she is all business and very professional. Thank you Liz!

It’s nice to have such a knowledgeable therapist who not only gives me great home care advice and listens to my concerns but also answers my questions so that I know how to take care of my body in the best way possible. She’s given me different types of massage depending on my needs that day and her deep tissue technique in particular is fantastic. The cupping and hot towels definitely help too and I leave feeling like my muscles are made of Jello.
