★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We agreed on an appointment between 12h00 and 15h00 with a lady over the phone. Then we stayed home from 12h00 to 15h00 (taking a half day from work) they were angry at us because we were not here at 10h30 AM. We called them, then the same lady told us that we were not here. we tried to explained that it was supposed to be after 12h00 then she did not apologize on the contrary she got mad at us saying we were not respectful and she would hang up the phone at us which we did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is open until 530 but didn't not want to send someone after 330 because he would be stuck in traffic. Also says they're open on Saturdays, but only the store and not the technician. Not very friendly customer service rep and not helpful at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when we try to fix our stove top by ourself,we failed it,we made wrong connections....
They come and see our stove and fixed wrong connection very quick.
offcourse we didn't need to pay for new piece because he used the piece that we tried to install by our self..
I foud that they were honest and very kind. probably we will come back ti this place for next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, needed a part for my dryer, they had it and explained why I needed to replace it. The information given could of saved my life, possibly could of started a fire. So this I am thankful for. The establishment is under renovations to help their clients. So please becareful when walking through the store, wall to wall of refrigerators and stoves and washer and dryers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has bad courtesy. Inflated bake elements for ovens. And a return policy that does not include bake elements or any electrical parts, regardless of a receipt or not (no refund). If I find out this business changes their practice for the better, I will gladly change my review. But in the mean time, I hope that customers never make mistakes in purchases here. Or simply take their business with people who have more ethical practices.
