★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Car Extendable Sponge Snow Brush and Ice Scraper...it broke when I tried to use it first time ...went to the store to change it lady at the counter was so RUDE and disrespectful.
Was so unhelpful ...I spend so much money at Rona some employees do not understand the concept of treating clients with respect that is where your paycheck comes from ...fire that RUDE lady will not buy from this branch .
I would like to thank the Director of this branch Eric he offered me a resolution on the 13th of January I will give 4 stars because of him very kind of you ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a rough start after Rona took over for Marcil a few years back but lumber quality is back up to what it was. Service in the yard could use a bit more work; i am often waiting 5-10 mins just to get someone to help me find everything I need. However, the contractors desk is a well oiled machine, they are very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the pandemic, according to their website you can order online and they will deliver to you outside. Not the case at this Rona, they still make you go in. Also twice when I went to the paint counter on different days the employees were very rude. Maybe some customer service training would help at this location, or replace the employees who clearly aren't happy to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is bad and some are rude (Not all) but it as been several occasions I receive poor service. Was trying to buy 300$ worth of wood after the rush around 8:45 pm because I have 2 young kids at home best time to go is when their sleeping, was told sorry we're closing in 15 minutes. It's funny cause sign on the door says 9:00 pm closing I guess owners don't like money. Last time I shop at a Rona will be home Depot or canac from now on.
