★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service experience to pick up photos, which were ordered and paid online. I waited for 15 minutes at one counter (which the employee directed me to) before being told I had to wait at another counter, where I waited there for another 10 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter had a hard time locating my photos but finally was able to find them. Then I get home and open the box to see that there's only 1 photo when I ordered 3 photos. Called them to ask why and they said that 2 of them were not ready yet. Why did I receive a call if only 1/3 of my order was ready? Now I have to go back and waste, probably, another 30 minutes of my day just to pick up the rest. Will definitely not order from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place for school or office supplies and they have a fax machine and photocopy machines. I just didn't like that you have to pay for the photocopy machine with something other than debit or cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Went to print photos. They don't accept links to Google photos, so they made me pay to use the computer and download each individual photo, because their computer wouldn't allow me to download them all at once like every other. After they made me spend 20 mins downloading them, they tell me that's not how you order them from their printing service, and that their printing service (7 days to come in) is way cheaper than the way they were making me do it. So they basically made me do it the longest, most expensive way for nothing, all after I had even told them I can't stay long because I have toddlers waiting for me at home... Really inconsiderate and rude. I'll never buy anything from their store again.
