★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at the materials counter are useless. They don't know what they're selling, they don't listen to customers needs, but love to give you a side of attitude with their "service", especially the one named Pierre. Save yourself the headache and go to a different Rona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy propane on Sunday Jan 3 2021 at 4:00 was greeted by there employees at the door and when asked what I was there to purchase they told me propane was non essential and they wouldn’t fill my tank. Called the next day to find out that they dos actually fill propane tanks... I guess the employees that worked on Sunday didn’t want to work and just said NON ESSENTIAL to get out of doing the work. Shame on you they should all be fired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently they can't cut wood on Saturdays. What's up with that? There were 6 workers standing right there doing nothing but chatting.
So I went to the other Rona in Chateauguay and they got everything done right away.
Can't cut wood because it's Saturday. What a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to know if they had a product and I asked the price. They told me they did and told me they couldn't give me the price over the phone! I get there and I ask them again as I enter and it was like taking to a wall! They made me repeat after telling me they weren't listening.... I was looking you straight in the eyes and i was standing right infront of you! All this to get there and they don't have what I was looking for. If called for the information it's so that I don't need to go where I don't need to be! I have a newborn and I don't like going out for nothing. Also not supplying your prices when asked is nonsense
