★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great start to the morning: Needed some materials, stopped in, and left in an even better mood. Such friendly staff and always so willing to help you out. Much different than any other Home Depot (or other big box store). Too bad you can't share your level of service with the rest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman who took care of me was kind, courteous, polite and took care of my order by checking on hand stock and all of it was available at the store and it was a one transaction order. Nice to deal with someone who cares about customer service. Quick, easy and efficient a rare thing these days in our Covid world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this Home Depot, the staff are incredibly friendly, and always go out of their way to help me. It never takes long to find someone available if you need help finding something or making a decision about the right product.
I have had a staff go out of their way to help me put together a large order from numerous departments, and ensure all of my purchases were shipped and delivered to me, together.
I find the store is always clean and well organized, and my dogs are always made to feel welcome when I bring them in with me. It is always a pleasure to shop at the Parry Sound Home Depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Home Depot Parry Sound and the gates to the lumber yard were closed. I was told I had to get a cart and then take the lumber to my truck. Why have a yard and not allow customers in???? Needless to say, this store lost a sale of about $1500.00 in lumber to Rona. Rona turned out to have just as good of a price and lumber that is FAR SUPERIOR to the home depot JUNK. Thanks home depot for sending me to a better place through your ineptitude. Better lumber at Rona and a staff that was a great assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HD always feels like a stressful trip to me, but Sam in the appliance dept of HD Parry Sound was amazing at simplifying the process for me. Thanks to her I purchased a washer, dryer and fridge and I am thrilled. She was knowledgeable, patient and committed to customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had not been to HD probably in the last year and I know why yet again. Immediately asked a sales associate for help getting me an expensive new saw down from the top shelf. He called for help, apparently he can't do it, not his department! Waited.....no one showed.....went looking for the original guy ....he disappeared.....left after 15 minutes waiting for the right guy to show up...bought same saw somewhere else.
