★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great website and customer service right up to the installation. Installation in one room was botched (mismatching seam). We are however very satisfied with 2/3 of the rooms done. The installers left behind the garbage from the job (empty carpet rolls, plastic, etc and thousands of tiny pieces of carpet to vacuum up). We've been promised a rebate or do-over b/c of the botched installation but after following up a few times, still nothing. I'll update this review if this is resolved.
