I rarely review places I visit, but as soon as we got in, we felt unwelcomed. We're still in the midst of a pandemic, so obviously, like in every place we visit we look for the disinfectant on the ENTRY side or in the middle of the entry/exit, a place that should be logical and easy to reach when entering. Since we couldn't find it, we thought it was further inside. But nope, we basically got yelled at. To be told to disinfect our hands is understandable, it has been the standard everywhere now. We told the employee we simply did not see the disinfectant since it's on the EXIT side of the door and her attitude was extremely bad. Mistakes can happen, but if employees treat their customer this bad for a simple mistake, then they definitely need to train or change them. We were not even started with our shopping and already had a bad taste in our mouths. It's unfortunate.

Regular shopper at Reno Depot, this location is sub par compared to other locations. Rude employees, and they’re inconsistent when it comes to complying with Reno Depots price policies.

I shop at this place more often.. you can find what are you looking for.. service is OK. BUT THE PRICES are exaggerated in some articles I found at Home Depot 20% cheaper.. do your homework before shipping here.

I bought something online. Today I arrived at the reserved parking space to pick up the goods, I called their phone for 10 minutes and no one answered!Finally I called customer service. When I asked them to bring things to the parking space, a man told me that they had no one to bring things because there were so many customers in the shop right now! But when I went to customer service, I saw their staff chatting not far away!Such bad service is not worth a star! Although it's hot outside, that's no reason to lie! The process that can be completed in a few minutes, this time I wasted more than half an hour! There was also a boy with a fever! ! ! They actually insisted that we come into the store to find customer service!

Needed an adapter for my airbrush compressor, found it online from a supplier in Ontario, and then checked online at Rona, because the price was way lower went to St Constant store to purchase one, but they did not have the part (yeah, I know, I should have checked first). They did, however, direct me to the Candiac store, which did have the part. Cost was a fraction of the airbrush parts supplier's price I found online, and it didn't cost $9,99 for ground shipping either. Thank you, Rona! p.s. employees were super friendly and helpful!
