B	Brian 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment with Dr. Eisenberg was the most fluid appointment I have ever had at a doctor's office. Fantastic professional staff as well. Just wish calling the office was better.
M	Michael Pietrasz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me just say the Dr. Eisenberg is exactly what I expect from a doctor; Professional, courteous and doesn't beat around the bush. The staff (nurse and receptionist) still paused and and acknowledge my concerns despite being quite busy. I'm a little puzzled by some of the negative reviews so I'll chalk that off to relative mood and experience of the reviewer that day. Based on my own experience you're in good hands here.
A	Anneke Cor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had an infected growth on his lower leg for many months and finally went to our family physician who referred us to this so called Dermatologist! Another month went by and his appointment lasted all of 30 seconds, the growth was misdiagnosed, a spray was applied and he was told to put some Vaseline on it and come back in another month, which would end up being 6 weeks due to the holidays! Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Yesterday my husband went to a clinic, was seen by a Surgeon, who removed the Melanoma growth within a few minutes, stitched it up, took a biopsy and will remove the stitches in a week to 10 days! Now that's a real old fashioned professional Doctor who cares about a patient. Eisenberg must have gotten his degree in a Cracker Jack box!
C	CS Drummond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. We were recommended by our physician and this guy was completely insensitive, spent 2 minutes looking at my daughter and started prescribing. Criticized me for not remembering the names of topical creams prescribed 8 years ago. If we were asked to bring them in or keep a record, we would have! No education and seemed as if we were wasting his time. Never again!
A	Abdullah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Eric has been helping me with my acne for a little over a year now. He’s been really great and my acne has been slowly getting better. His staff are very helpful and I couldn’t ask for a better dermatologist because he is definitely one of the best.
E	Elham Saemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. EISENBERG is not very friendly and not very forthcoming with information or recommendations or anything. I had two appointments, one for me and another for my daughter. He saw us both together and made us feel very rushed. I told him I have a few things I want to talk to him about, he basically told us that he has no time. Our appointments laster less then 10 minutes combined and half of that he spent writing in his charts. After that he rushed out. I was flabbergasted, he didn't want to spend the time to answer questions or make recommendations. I would not recommend this doctor. I spoke about this to the receptionist, all she said is that she is willing to call him and that I can talk to him in the hallway.... why would l stand outside infront of other patients and talk to a doctor that didn't want to give me more then 5 minutes. I was so mad.
P	Puffin P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting through is impossible and so I wish there was a better system/ call return with the front desk.However, this doctor has been amazing with minor procedures to remove sebaceous cysts for me for several years. Super calming, patient, thorough, talks through steps, eases anxiety and does great stitches that barely left a scar. The nurse was very helpful and calming as well. Good experience every time, just a darn pain to try to get an appointment.

My teenage daughter saw him for maybe 3 minutes and he was ready with a prescription not sharing any knowledge with us. His manners were concerning to say the least. Would not recommend this Dr to anyone especially young people with sensitive skin conditions ?
