Fantastic place! The admin are super friendly and great, ultrasound techs and nurses super knowledgable and approachable and the OB team fantastic. With my first baby I was with an OB in a standard hospital and it was nothing like this! Barely any waits for appointments, super clean and modern facility, free parking, responsive to phone calls. Fair warning... It is an OB team so expect to see different doctors, but that wasn't a big deal to me and everyone has been great so far!

This clinic has had a recommendation of 1 to 1 consultations since near the begining of covid. I truly feel for the front desk, the techs and the manager that had to speak with me, but as of December 13 2020 they started actually enforcing the 1 to 1 consults. We have had two previous ultrasounds during this recommendation where we attended together without any issues and all staff were happy to have us both. This removes husbands from the equation and leaves our wives alone during what can be a very stressful and question-ridden hour during the ultrasound. For my wife and I, this is the appointment that the gender of our little one is learned, and I was stopped from attending with my wife. I spoke with 3 different people in the lobby, up to the head tech. Everyone that I spoke to understood that there were absolutely no restrictions as of the December 13th health order (or any previous) that limit medical consultations to a 1 to 1 interaction, but no one was willing to stand up for the fathers supporting their wives through this process. This clinic has imposed it's own 1 to 1 policy without any governmental guidance or orders. I would encourage anyone to find a clinic that allows both parents to experience the ultrasound, and that would exclude this one. The staff have been great for our two previous visits and I'm sure they are doing great again with my wife, But they WILL NOT let the father into the appointments.

Been here four times and had great experiences with the ultrasound technicians. Sam and Jill were very kind and nice. My appointments were all during COVID and the staff took extra precautions to ensure both staff and patients are safe during the visits. Very clean facilities. Highly recommended.

I have had horrible experiences with this pregnancy and other ultrasound appointments during COVID. This was the first time I was treated kindly and put at ease. The ultrasound tech Kelly was the nicest human I've ever met. She was gentle and extremely knowledgeable and patient. The doctor (I believe his name was Somerset) was incredibly informative and helpful. This was the best experience I've had yet.

I hate having to leave such a terrible review but the receptionists were extremely rude and not approachable. While we were waiting another patient had called multiple times about their booking and after the receptionist got off the phone with her they all sat there talking about the patient and how terrible it was that she kept calling, and not to mention the one girl that was on the phone with her flew into her about her repeated phone calls. It was very uncomfortable to witness that level of unprofessionalism in an environment that should be very confidential and respectful. I will say however the ultrasound tech and doctor that I saw today were phenomenal, explained everything in complete detail and made the rest of the experience much more pleasant.

I rarely write reviews but I was compelled to write one about my experience today. It's my 3rd visit and was checked in by Trish, who seemed like she didn't want to be at work. She had no manners or professional etiquette. She took her sweet time checking me in and preceded to tell me I was late when the amount of time it took her to check me in and confirm my identity over and over again could have gone quickly avoided the length of the tardiness. She then asked me why I was late (mind you I was only 2 minutes late) and she expected I would give her a good reason. I didn't and at this point I was getting irritated because not only was the waiting room empty when I arrived , I also remembered that at my last visit I patiently waited 30mins past my appt to be seen. Surely I could have gotten some le-way here. Then Trish also pretended to make a phone call to someone in the back office to see if they would still see me and told me that "they will let it slide this time," like I don't know how these things work. Surely she must enjoy being miserable because I have been working at the hospital for over 6 years myself and to come across someone like her in an environment where empathy is highly encouraged, was very unfortunate. Otherwise, the rest of my experiences with the nurses were great and the other front desk ladies were fine to have dealt with.

We usually do not leave reviews but the front desk staff (not all but there are a few that come with an attitude) have consistently been rude. On many occasions. The nurses and doctors are great but front desk needs to work on being compassionate with the many pregnant patients that are coming in. Just today, my wife walks in and gets a "hello" so she assumes the lady is ready for her and approaches the desk, only to be scolded and told to "stand in line and wait". I walked in shortly after and was similarly scolded when I approached the desk. Emotions are already high coming in here, there's no need to be rude. First impressions count.
