Unfortunately our experience was that she was only interested in pushing her own investment agenda and completely disregarded our requests. This advisor completely forgets (or intentionally doesn't remember) the content of meetings. If you choose this adviser, be prepared to be in a reactive position. She refuses to provide pertinent information prior to meetings and expects you to invest solely based on her recommendations. If the information you are requesting doesn't suit her agenda she'll cite ethics or other limitations on providing the information. Our experience has been that her character is questionable. When confronted on the phone, if she doesn't like what she is hearing, she just hangs up. Unfortunately, our experience has been that she is among the least professional in the industry. Investors beware! I cannot say that this is a reflection of Edward Jones as a whole, as we've had excellent experiences with this firm in Vancouver.

Jacinta looked at our whole package and came up with a plan that has saved us literally thousands of dollars in fees and our investments are doing a lot better. Highly recommend!

Mr. Sean Donovan, you sound like you are seeking personal vengance or retaliation and nothing more. I am not sure what your real problem is. But Jacinta is beyond reproach in her profession. And this I know as I was the head of a firm she worked for in the past. Her family, friends, clients and devoted church members who know her well, will completely rebuttle all the points you made related to her character and your representation of her alleged agenda. Nobody is going to belive what you have written. Which, in just looking at it, is evidently vendictive and not related to Jacintas professional accolades.
