★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible haircut at a different shop in town and went to skaha to see if they could "fix" it. My expectations were exceeded and I was impressed by the attention to detail and the time spent on fixing my previous haircut. Amazing. Will definitely go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a hair appointment, showed up on time and they just let someone else go ahead of me. Not a huge deal. Then the woman who cut my hair cut off two inches when I asked for half an inch off. Upsetting experience, Okanoggin Barbers is far superior for the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a haircut and after I was wondering why they hadn't shown me the mirror around my head, and once realizing what my hair looked like from the back I was truly disappointed. I concluded that the job had been rushed and no ownership of the mistakes. The women also didn’t listen when I said trim the top (3 times) instead she cut off 2 inches !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going to another barber every 4 weeks for 5 months and getting a different cut every time I thought I'd give this guy a chance only to be asked if I'm booked? Where is this requirement posted? Most certainly not on your page long requirements list posted on the door! I'll never be back, as you were most certainly not busy at the moment and now neither of us will know whether I would have been a client for life?
