Very happy with the purchase of my ET 1000,seems to be a great fit. Staff were great and helpful. They came highly recommended by another bike shop and that alone says a lot!!

New store in Penticton! We shopped around and found Skaha E Rides was hands down the best in town. The staff we met, Mathew Kerby and Brandyn Mears were friendly and knowledgeable. They made our day. I recommend Skaha E Rides to anyone looking to purchase an E Bike. Take one for a test ride, no regrets!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The owner has absolutely zero customer service skills and is a slimy salesman. Very happy that it turned out the way it did though because I got a way better e bike for the same price maybe a little less and delivered right to my door. ? The staff at Skaha were very nice, however it’s the owner that finished me.

Wow, super pleasant surprise on a perfect Penticton morning in May. I seldom take the time to pass on kudos, but this was a beyond-expectations experience. Right away, Matthew and Brandon (sp?) impressed me with their enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism.  I felt welcomed and my concerns as an out-of-town rider on a tight schedule and modest budget sincerely acknowledged.  They were also excellent ambassadors for the area too - I am looking forward to my next visit! The store was attractive and well-stocked with a huge range of ebikes from $2K to $10K and accessories and the service area was compact, clean and efficient. I had a daunting technical problem with a relatively unique ebike that I had purchased privately the day before, and I was extremely concerned that this might be something only the factory thousands of kilometers away might be able to resolve. Even though Matthew and the store was modestly busy, he generously committed to personally resolving the "black box" challenge of this unfamiliar model (that would determine whether my expensive purchase was a keep-or-toss situation) by day's end. As it turned out, the problem was in fact a collection of strangely engineered electronic components (which explained why I couldn't find ANY user ratings on this model online) on an otherwise competent bike. When I checked in a bit later, I saw that Matthew had started on full open-heart surgery in a maze of wires and was analyzing all of the repair options available, before undertaking a complex engineering solution using the bike's backup battery and a special rackmount. He also made some excellent suggestions for high-performance upgrades to the bike's braking (hydraulic disks) and lighting (accelerometer tail lights brighter than anything I'd seen, and I've bought several others recently), and I was ready to roll back to Creston by first thing the next morning.  And the net price was great - he couldn't possibly have charged for all of his time. With helpful, friendly conversations along the way, I quickly came to trust their abilities and passion for this industry, and would definitely commend Matthew for going the extra mile in my case.  This is now my favourite ebike-centric store. You certainly won't be disappointed.

Had a great experience today buying our E Bikes and bike rack at Skaha E Ride. They have a good selection of bikes to sample to see which ones would be a good fit for us, as well as a good variety of prices. I'd also like to mention that the shop is well stocked and equipped with everything you may need for your bike. But most of all Matthew and Brandon are a wealth of information and gave us excellent customer service. Glad we chose Skaha E Bikes to make our purchase.

My husband and I have been looking for E-Bikes for a while now. We went into Shaha E Ride on Thursday and spoke with Matthew. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested we take whatever bikes we were wanting to buy out for a test drive so we could get a good feel for the bikes. We went back today and took the bikes out for a drive, went back in and purchased them. Matthew, and the other guy in the shop, were the best and helped us with everything we needed.
