Unfriendly staff. Wouldn't assist with manufacturers name after tag removed, despite not having any stock.

This store is joke.... no product in stock... The tall young guys working there was absolutely USELESS..... to busy play on his phone... took forever to come out from back room..... when he did finally appear he proved with out a dought he HAS NO CLUE ABOUT THE ITEM IN STORE . Dont waste your time or money ... THE OWNERS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED BY THEIR STAFF.

Terrible Customer Service , Faulty product , The owner told me it was my fault the device wouldn't charge . She would not replace it , nor give my money back and told me to complain to the Better Business Bureau , she didn't really care ! Told her I would do better than that , Buyer Beware . Don't go there ! The only reason I gave 1 star is I feel sorry for employees who are not allowed to deal with customer relationships and have to work for HER.

I chose one star for the 2 employees who have been good to us in this store although I wish we could choose zero. We will no longer be supporting this business and we will highly recommend AGAINST it in the future. My boyfriend and I were at the downtown store on Monday or Tuesday afternoon of THIS WEEK. We have been there many times before and have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars there. He bought a few things including a small torch type lighter. The employee that day was a nice, friendly young man and he was helpful and polite. We kept the receipt but didn't realize at the time that the printer must have been running out of ink, as it got put in the bag and not looked at right away. But a couple days later, the lighter stopped working and he also couldn't fill it up anymore for some reason. So I took my boyfriend to the downtown store again today, with the receipt...even though it didn't print properly,in hopes of getting a replacement...possibly even spending more money on a bigger one. Not a refund. The employee, who I now understand might be the managers son, right away was very rude, called my boyfriend an idiot, accused him of trying to rip them off and accused him of "playing games" and lieing about the receipt. He refused to even exchange the lighter for something more expensive. My boyfriend was not in the store...maybe 5-7 minutes and thats how quickly the employee resorted to name calling and disrespecting a loyal customer. That is COMPLETELY unacceptable and outrageous. This person should not be working at ANY store if they cannot give decent customer service and treat people properly. What the employee did was disgusting and a disgrace. He had no right to talk to him that way or treat him that way. So, we of course went elsewhere to buy a new torch lighter where they are good, friendly people and he was treated respectfully and courteously...

I had a very nice experience here and really enjoyed my time! A great place to stop for unique goods and much needed items that I can't live without. I was given good advice on which items to buy and I loved the friendly advice and opportunity to learn something new. 5/5 I would come again.

My first visit to this store and I couldn't be happier. The lady that works there or possibly the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific product and she pointed me in the right direction. I'm so happy with my purchase. It's a really nice store, very clean and organized and they have a large selection of various products. I highly recommend Valley Hemp!
