We want to thank Dr. Anne Rogers and the staff for their kindness and caring for our cat, Rusty, when he went into distress while we were camping. Dr. Rogers helped us make the right decision for Rusty.

The staff working with my puppy today were very nice to myself through out the process, although I felt were very rushed with my clearly nervous 4 months old puppy. He has been to the vet office in Hinton before and was fine getting shots and examined after they spent the time getting him comfortable and gave lots of treats with both his human parents there. This vet office wasn’t interested in using his food drive or spending that time and Only one of us was allowed to go in with him. he did show his teeth and tried to hide behind me as he was scared and being rushed, so he was made to put on a mussel and be left alone with the vets which caused a lot of unneeded stress and fear. I respected the vets experience and knowledge, although the other vet handled our nervous puppy much better. As well, there is a leash sign to have animals controlled on leash as it’s a veterinarian office and when we were leaving a pet owner came in with leashes not properly on their dogs and they ran up to mine, the owner did nothing and I had to grab the owners dog for the safety of both animals as mine is a nervous puppy still in training and I have no idea about some other animals temper. the other owner blamed us verbally while walking away, the vet did pick up the dog running up to mine after noticing, but we revived no apology. It was a Very stressful experience that didn’t need to be. I wanted to share our experience for owners with nervous or reactive dogs or puppy’s to know before going.

Anne Roger's was amazing! We were out camping and our 90lb Lab mix was playing with the dog we were dog sitting under the fifth wheel. Our dog hit something that took a chunk out of her side bigger than a toonie. We called around and found Edson(1hr away) was the only place that had an emergency vet. Anne came in after hours to help fix our sweet Luna! She was amazing and I would highly recommend taking your pets there.

Certain staff is really good except for their newest additions who thought it good to suggest I euthanize my dog after she began to develop arthritis. One of their previous staff made a mistake which killed a livestock animal of ours. Their pricing as well is outrageous but there's not much we can do since they're the closest vet who can treat our animals. Just be vigilant of them while you're there. Beyond that I'd say they're alright if not a little inexperienced
