I'm amazed by this place. It is great to be able to bring recyclable objects and help sorting them for helping the environment. There is a bit of a wait but it is something positive because it means a lot of people is contributing!

My respect to all who works there. I damp my construction debris two times, so far so good. All reps were helpfull and polite. Everything was well organised. Free of charge for the residents for, I believe, first 15 m3. Thanks!

Wish I knew how easy it was earlier. We had a bunch of old appliances, electronics and wood. They took everything with no hassle and helped us sort it into the proper bins. You do the heavy lifting but they were super helpful. Waited in line for a few minutes mid week in the afternoon, but not long. Plastic, metal, electronics, wood, old batteries, even large appliances are accepted. They had a spot to take our old A/C unit, and looked like they had a few fridges too.

This place is good from far but far from good. the service is really unprofessional and their response is minimum salary, minimum efforts. no wonder its a mess. plus why do some clients looks like they have some special privilege's there. I've dropped my bag of clothes for donation but instead the employees opened my bag and took most of the stuff for themselves meanwhile another employee took a pulled a laptop or a tablet from the box and put it in his jacket most likely for himself i imagine... what if peoples leave their personal information there hoping its going to be recycled but instead ends up with one of the employees.... this is so unprofessional ...

Super friendly employees that knows where everything goes. The place is clean, organised and easy to manoeuvre in. The only issue is that they (in my opinion) should let more cars at the time, so we can all go through more rapidly. Also, the "taking your ID and putting it in the system" process is also a bit archaic and slow. But outside of that, this place sure does the job !

Never again.. workers are lazy and took my laptop I trow in electronics.... are they even allowed to steal people's stuff like electronics after we throw them away?

The gate keeper woman is rude and started yelling at me and kicking me out of the line. She wouldn’t let me line up inside and wanted me to go outside in the street but she was ok with the previous cars lining up - she didn’t come out her booth just showing me her finger - I just waited there until she finally came out she screamed at me “ sort d’ici … dehors dehors tabarnak” she was so angry and rude! there are no indications how to line up and I have been there before and never had this issue. I never wanna go there again!
