Je recommande vraiment leurs services à tous. I would like to thank Gilles and his team for their impeccable service. I have dealt with several suppliers for containers and none have given me a service like Terracube. It is always extremely fast to receive, exchange and return containers. I really recommend their services to everyone.

Repair or restitution not offered. Called company but they would'nt return call or email. Charge showed up on Visa statement 3 weeks later without ever being invoiced. Have delt with many waste removal companies over the years and have never had a worst experience.

J	John Scarlett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When a business has a problem, you find out the character of the business. Teracube, you have a problem. For some reason, the driver could not climb the incline of our driveway. He was fine on his initial visit when he dropped off the skip. Instead of remaining calm, he was swearing loudly enough to be heard across the lake and destroyed our driveway surface. While Guillaume at Teracube and I worked out possible solutions over the phone, the driver decided he was going to get the skip regardless of the damage he was causing. Between September 20th and October 13th, we attempted to contact management 15 times we noted. The vast majority were ignored. Guillaume actually did come out to see the problem on October 1st. He agreed that the driveway was badly damaged. He suggested a large plate compactor, equipment they have, was the solution. We agreed. Unable to reach them despite numerous attempts, we finally got through on October the 25th. I was angry at being ignored and their delay to fix the driveway, but I was polite. I said we no longer had confidence in their ability to deliver a solution. He hung up on me. Teracube has appalling customer service and is sadly lacking in common courtesy. It does not seem to respect it’s customers.
