★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited one hour. A guy was there the whole time, moving very slowly, no pressure was made on him at all. Another guy tried to park its trailer about 20 times, before another user came to help him. No help from employees.

They tell people to recycle their stuff but no facility.you don’t even understand why it takes you forever in their lines. No wonder why people rather dump their stuff in the street.??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait. No communication at all. Do not expect they have room for your stuff. We spent two hours waiting to finally learn they couldn't take that old mattress. To come back another day! We came very close to get rid of it just in front of the door. Grrr. Never again.
