My amp was ready earlier than expected and they tested my amp in front of me to make sure I was satisfied. Kaz and Marc provided top notch customer service and my amp works like new! Without a doubt, I recommend bringing your hifi equipment to Audiophonie. And if you don’t believe me ask, Marc Labrèche!

They came through for me in the clutch despite the holiday rush. Arny took care of the whole circuit and he also kept me updated me throughout the whole servicing process. Unparalleled professionalism and customer service, I’ve never dealt with a repair shop that went the extra mile like they do. Big ups to these guys for reviving my amp and making it sound better than ever ??
S	Stephanie Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience with this place. I brought in my dad's old turntable because it was speeding like mad and the cue wasn't working. I went to pick it up and brought it home, SAME ISSUE - $200 later. I brought it back (all the way from Verdun, renting a car now for the 3rd time and getting a babysitter) and the guy behind the counter asked me what happened after I picked it up that broke it again... Like, WHAT? No apology, no 'we'll make sure we fix it this time', just blame. He then proceeding to mansplain the workings of a turntable to me - but also added "I'm not a technician". I left very angry and feeling entirely frustrated having had to deal with this sexism on top of poor service, and took my turntable to another business. The tech confirmed that Audiophonie tech had cold soldered the wiring, and therefore it wasn't connected or working. He said they also hadn't balanced the arm. He also confirmed that the plugs needed to be replaced. I spend ANOTHER $150 to get it fixed, and I'm just happy I never have to go back here. FEMALE BUYER BE WARE. This place is the worst. UPDATE: I requested a refund for the 'work' and was told that's not possible and that I was "un cooperative and agressive." I see here I'm also being told I was "having a bad day"? Cheers. Not sexist at all. Some great customer service there.
D	D T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid ~$100 deposit to fix a guitar pedal they said they could fix. Then they called and said they tried but couldn't fix it, but they kept the ~$100 because that's the policy. I think they honestly couldnt fix it. But just a heads up to musicians: first they take your ~$100 deposit, and then they decide if they can fix it. So you might lose your money and get nothing repaired. Because of this policy I won't go back. Too risky, unfortunately
