β β β β β I visited this store with my mom recently. I want to say BIG THANK YOU to the store manager Alex! She helped my mom , even helped her to try shoes on! She was extremely helpful and friendly. Iβm shocked because managers donβt do that at all!

β β β β β I've visited this store several times just before the most recent lockdown and right after. On all occasions I found amazing prices, wide selection and even some gems in the specials section. The staff have been friendly, attentive and willing to go the extra mile. I've done a price match here. Learned how to polish/maintain shoes. Check stock at other stores. You name it, the service has been exceptional. It's great meeting staff like Mandy and Alex that have a passion for the products they sell!

β β β β β My grandmother came to this location today . She had a very unusual situation because she bought Ecco shoes from Shoe Per in Guelph. She wanted to proceed with her return or exchange but the store manager Alex could not do that because the shoes were purchased from another company. To be just awesome Alex solved a problem! She called Shoe Per Guelph and extended the return policy until September 1st!
We live in Toronto thatβs why it would be so hard for us to go that far next day.
Iβm writing this review on behalf of my grandmother! She is grateful to meet this lady and thankful for extending return policy.
From now , my grandmother wants to go to this location ONLY. ?
Thank you Alex for your help and taking all necessary steps for my grandmother.
We will never forget your services .

My dad's shoes had some problems and needed an exchange evethough he brought a year ago and not at this store. The staffs were helpful and the manager is really nice. Eventhough I came serveral times in order to do it, but they still fixed the problem for us and directly shipped the new shoes to our house:)

β β β β β I have been purchasing Ecco shoes for over 10 years now, and this was the first time I visited this store with a friend. The people at this location and the manager Alex went above and beyond in helping me find and order the size for the shoes I was looking at. I was surprised by the large selection of shoes and how organized the store was kept as Iβve been to other shoe outlets. Looking forward to visiting during the holiday season again!

β β β β β I was a loyal customer to this brand since 10 years ago till now, bought the expensive boot from them for $248, after 3 month it was ripped for no reason and i was wondering what happen? Go to this store to return and get my money back since it was faulty from the manufacture, they said they will be fix it no return policy, only 30 days is a return policy,are you serious? International famous brand has a faulty on their product and no return policy after 30 days????
They stitch the leather and as you see in the pictures its still no good and eventually will be ripped again, they said only one time they'll fix it even if something happens to their shoes they will no longer accept to fix it.
They offer me to take any the other shoes if you want but thats the only one time buy No Warranty No Return No Box No receipt.
So disappointed about this international famous brand .
Everyone should be aware of their policy to do not buy any shoes from them anymore, they should be responsible for their product , after 3 months $248 is just wasted.
For all the people who see this review the owner write me he is sorry but no one reach me or solve the problem still.
