By the end of the the process, Shaz & Amol feel like friends helping another friend out of a difficult situation.
I will remember these 2 people at this office for many years to come and will recommend them to my friends if they are struggling to make ends meet.

Easy Financial (Leduc Branch) came through for me when I figured I was out of options. Normally my payments are about $80 biweekly.
On the morning of December 24 i woke up to check my bank account and had seen easyfinancial had taken $490 dollars from my bank account.
Dealing with the leduc branch brought me to no swift conclusion as to what happened or how it was going to be rectified.
It is now the 27th of December with no word as to how im going to get my other 410 dollars back.
When i asked what sort of compensation would be provided for the distress it caused the day before Christmas, i was told THAT I COULD APPLY FOR ANOTHER LOAN.
Im appalled by managements reluctance to deal with their own mistakes that have caused their customers more than just a minor inconvenience, nonetheless during the holiday season.
