★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter here yesterday. I followed the rules and went online to book an appointment ahead of time. Our appointment was at 3:50. We arrived at 3:45. When we arrived it said (on the screen on the wall) there were about 10 'drop ins' and just one person ahead of her with an appointment. She did not get in until 4:18???To me this is unacceptable. During the time we sat in the lobby only 2 people came in and out. I can't understand how in 33 minutes they only dealt with 2 people. I also don't understand what the point of 'making an appointment' is when you still wait 33 minutes??? Because of this my daughter had to miss dinner and head straight to her dance class which ended at 930pm. Had I known that even with an appointment she would still be waiting a half hour I would have gone else where. Next time we will go to the other Sherwood Park lab. I encourage anyone that doesn't want to be ignored for a very long time to do that same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice little place! Needed some routine tests, this location was still booking same afternoon when most others were closed for weekend. The staff were SUPER friendly and made the visit quite enjoyable. Seemed clean, efficient, and well run. I would happily go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best lab experience I have ever had. I have been there several times. Fast, friendly and efficient. Just make sure to use the "Save my Place in Line" function to avoid a wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in at about 7:10 am no appointment and I was out by 7:22 very quick , staff greeted me as I entered , and the person drawing my blood was very friendly , made conversation , not sure why all the bad reviews this is probably my 4th time getting blood drawn and so far no issues with the staff all very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, staff are understanding of any anxiety and very polite. The lady who drew my blood made sure it was a very comfortable experience consistently checking on me and offering me water throughout the quick process. Couldn't have had a better experience.
