He called me a couple times before moving forward with any repairs, offering to do smaller repairs and see if that fixed the problem before going forward with large, expensive ones. Thank you again for your help!

The service manager Oswane Bailey was very disrespectful and not customer friendly nor accommodating. This is the second time I have had issues at this Kia dealership and I think that this dealership should be avoided as they DO NOT VALUE their customers. Save your Time and money, invest in Kia dealerships that care for you as a valued customer.

When I contacted Kia Canada at their corporate office, I kept getting the run around and treated very rudely; the last person I spoke to there hung up on me without even hearing the whole situation. Decided to visit Durham Kia as it is local to me and I've never been so impressed with customer service and professionalism! Oswane and his service team are absolutely amazing! Oswane and his team took the time to listen and understand the entire situation, and made me feel heard and respected throughout the whole process. They took a look at the vehicle and were able to answer any questions before I could even ask them! The issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Going forward this is the only place I trust with my vehicle for anything needed. Highly recommend anyone with a Kia vehicle visit this dealership for any service needs-you won't be disappointed! Accusatory tone and ignorance is how she 'effectively' handles customer service and when she gets called out she quickly runs to the manager like a coward. You work for Kia so YOU ARE A REPRESENTATIVE! You can't take issues personal. Please train customer service representatives how to deal with customers!
