I had just dealt with a pushy salesman the day prior, so I was iffy about coming in, but Nick was incredible. He answered all of my questions, let me be indecisive, and he really helped out when it came time to actually buy my vehicle. He went through everything thoroughly when it came to the paperwork, and triple checked that I was happy with the vehicle. I came in a week later to pick up some floor mats, and the staff there were super friendly and asked how I’m enjoying my car. I can’t rave about this place enough, and will definitely be back once it’s time to get another vehicle.

He even went above and beyond and set me up with some of his insurance friends to get me the best rate possible. He walked through everything step by step with me and made the stressful event of buying a car WAY less stressful. 100% recommend them.

We love the car we have now all thanks to the hard work nick put in to help us out! I highly recommend if u are looking to get a car or add another go check these guys out!! It will be well worth your time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was a lot of back and forth, and trying to get a deal done. There were a few delays but I got the vehicle I wanted. Here it is 3 years later, I am still waiting on the paper work from car west, and get to find out from the bank I was paying 4x what the ticket called for overall. Nick told me he discounted the car, nice discount paying 22k for a car worth 3.5 k. Thank you for smiling at my face, then burying your hand in my wallet. Shady business ethics, and scamming an employees fiancé, I'm still waiting on the paperwork now that I don't need it. Absolutely foul play, avoid this hedgefund family business, and support a real dealership.

You will not feel pressure, you will feel listened to and have your wants and needs and budget acknowledged. Nick actively listens and will not push you towards something for the sake of selling a vehicle. I have recommended Car West to our family and will continue to do so. Please, drop by and see Nick. You will leave happy without the stress felt from visiting other dealerships. We all have horror stories - that will not happen here. It’s a family company the relies on good, family customer service.

Spoke with Nick and he was so sweet and nice, very patient with my sending back paperwork with my work schedule and was nice to be able to text as calls aren't always easy to answer in my line of work. Everything was completed and done in 3 days and I had my new car dropped off this morning by Justin who was also super friendly. What a great experience and all the staff is amazing, they listened to what I needed for a vehicle and they met all the expectations with the first one. 10/10 would recommend ?
