I think it should be a true 10 on 10. Doug one of there senior sales people was the best experience in purchasing a vehicle. From beginning to end I would recommend anyone to visit him first, when ready to buy. The whole place was a friendly atmosphere, you were treated as an equal. I would buy again from Schwab's Chev, Leduc AB.

Recently purchased a new car from Jean and I have to say, it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Showed up about 45 mins before they closed, got my trade-in evaluated and they stayed late to get the deal done and did not rush anything at all. No high pressure sales and a nice relaxed car buying atmosphere. If you’re looking for a car, I definitely recommend talking to Jean in Sales and Mike in Finance!

I accompanied my daughter and her boyfriend as she was looking at buying a new Chevy Blazer. After a good discussion with Sylvia, my daughter realized that the Blazer wasn't the right fit for her. Upon Sylvia's recommendation, she then took another vehicle for a test drive, loved it and bought her first new car! Sylvia took the time to talk and understand what she needed, assessed the situation and got her into a vehicle that best suited her. By far the most enjoyable experience buying a vehicle. Jean Schuab helped us with our purchase. He was so great to work with. There was no games or pressure. He was straight forward, honest and quick to respond to any questions we had. Jean was very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable while at the dealership. Mike in finance was also great. He had everything ready for us when we came in to purchase our vehicle and didn't push any additional sales. Everyone at the dealership seemed so friendly! First I’ll start off by saying Chevy as a brand is fantastic but the customer service at this specific dealership is not. I bought my vehicle from Sherwood Chevy and do not live close enough to justify using them for oil changes. I also only drive my car 20km per day resulting in only 37,000km on my 2019 vehicle. I had 6 free oil changes included with my car and kept up to date with servicing. Each time I was asked to sign a service sheet and told how many more were left. Not once was I advised that there was an expiry on free oil changes- or this fact highlighted to me on these sheets they requested I sign. Shawn then advised me today I had to pay as my oil changes expired in July. Where is the advisement beforehand, the clear acknowledgement when I provide my details at the time of booking my oil change that I would have to pay for this service because you don’t advise an expiry- a complete cash grab. With this knowledge I wouldn’t have gotten this servicing done as it cost me $65 dollars after advising its synthetic oil per GM standards and should have been over $100 but he’ll give me a good deal. Do you think for how little of driving I do that I need to be up sold a $100 oil change? Not to mention that I waited the weekend before an hour in line at your quick lanes oil change site only to be told it would most likely be a 4+ hr wait and then rescheduled with an apt as not to waste my time all the while still waiting 45 mins this morning even with an apt. The customer standards at this location as well as the communication is not great and I won’t be returning for your absolute rip off of $100 oil changes.

I came in for some more to work last week. I was told I could get a ride home because would be a few hours. I sat in the waiting area and two other people ahead of me left but nobody came to get me. I waited a couple hours and then went back in and they look surprised to see me. I thought they might have called my house and I wasn't there. When I get home I check the answering machine and there was no message. I just get the feeling that they told me to sit there knowing full well they wouldn't drive me home. I could have got my wife to bring me back.

Sylvia was awesome to work with, five star fantastic! I purchased probably the cheapest car on the lot and not once did she try and up sale me or get me into something I didn’t want and would regret down the road. I got what I was going for and she was generally happy for me, Easy to talk to, and informative. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend them. Just bought a new 2022 1Tonne Chevy. My sales lady Sylvia was spectacular. So was Terissa in finance. Definitely give them a call if your in market.
