★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointment to see a white Jaguar. Drive to dealership to find they didn’t have the car I had inquired about. Drove to other dealership in Edmonton to drive car. Salesman asked me to sign off on the vehicle inspection that everything was good when the windshield had a crack. I refused to sign. Made an offer with the manager for a reduced amount to account for the windshield. He told me car is being sold “as is” and he wouldn’t negotiate. Still trying to get my deposit back. Horrible customer service from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very positive experience. Found ourselves needing a new vehicle very suddenly and unexpectedly, which is a pretty stressful place to be in. Vic put us at ease immediately, he was friendly and fun and most of all very helpful. He worked with our budget, he worked with what we were hoping to get, he gave us options, and the whole team made everything smooth and quick. Even gave us a ride to dealership to finalize everything when we had to return the rental our insurance was providing us with temporarily. I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dealership. Ask for Ethan if he’s in. He listened to what kind of vehicle I needed and offered thought provoking suggestions rather than being pushy. Ethan’s knowledge on vehicles really helped during the process. His commitment to making sure he understood my needs meant a lot to me. To my surprise, Ethan followed up two weeks later to ask me if I was satisfied with my purchase and NEVER has this happened to me before. If you are interested in purchasing a car, I highly recommend Ethan. 5 Stars for satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of Braden at this location. He will do a credit check with every bank even when you don't ask.. He actually ran my wife's credit at the same bank many different times in the same day. Then when he was asked about it he got very cry baby like and hung up on me. This person should not be a finance manager. Especially because it seems like he got his education from a dumpster. Also, below is a picture of the tire iron that came with my "Brand New" car. When I asked them why my tire iron was so badly damaged, Braden told me to go to Canadian Tire and laughed. This person is a disgrace.
