I brought my Harley to Duncan for a gasket repair. I am not overly motorbike savvy and Duncan was patient and reasonable explaining the repair to me and the costs associated with the repair.
Once the repair was complete he advised me of some other things he noticed on my bike and was able to quickly fix which made a huge difference in how my bike shifts.
The shop was recommended to me by Harley Davidson (my bike was too old for them to work on- it is a 2000) and I will be bringing my bike back here for any other necessary repairs. Thanks Duncan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't driven my Harley enough for the last few years and it was running quite rough. I called the local Harley dealer and they don't service motorcycles past a certain age(?!) so directed me to Duncan's. What a great thing to happen! Duncan was easy to talk to, open, and honest. His crew of mechanics were friendly without the "Harley attitude" you can get at the official dealerships. Dave serviced the carburetor and adjusted the air intake. When I drove it home it was running better than it has in many many years. A real joy to drive again. Thanks guys!! Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed with my Duncan experience, he was going to make my road king into a stage 2 and while working on my bike he told me there was something wrong with my crank shaft and that he couldn’t upgrade my bike.
So I go to pick up my bike and he’s charging over $1000 for nothing just for me to have my bike in the same shape that I left it in, from what I’ve heard from other mechanics there were ways he could have checked my engine and crank shaft before he took it all apart.
Left feeling a little cheated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Duncan's Speed & Cycle for my new bars!! The service from this shop was exceptional. I appreciated the professional approach and as a woman rider, I felt safe and respected.
The services provided by Duncan's Speed and Cycle included:
- Working with me to find the right bars for the look and feel I was going for.
- Working with me to have my bike in the shop for the minimal amount of time necessary
- Ordering and installing bars and new cables (smoked). So HOT. I appreciated that Duncan consulted with me on each step to ensure it was what I wanted.
- Removed and reinstalled my pipes (I took away and painted).
- Ensured the new bars fit me perfectly
- Provided me with some feedback on potential areas of concern (mechanical) to pay attention to before become problems. Again, I appreciated the heads up!
- A few other minor things that needed work.
I am very pleased with the outcome of my bike and would recommend Duncan's Speed & Cycle to all bikers out there! Thanks again - She is perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duncan Speed and Cycle is the real deal. (Well I always knew that)
Due to COVID and the high demands for Harley maintenance, I needed to wait 2 month for a service plus other items as the linenup to get in was long...(slightly shorter timeline for other shops) Some friends and coworkers recommended other mechanics based on getting a service sooner. I decided to wait and it was WORTH IT. Not only does my 03' run stronger and smoother, they identified other issues and corrected them. You can't buy this level of service with this type of knowledge for their pricing anywhere... I dare you to try and prove me wrong.
The knowledge this A team has for tuning and in general making things right isn't something just learned but takes years of experience IMHO.
I guess I can make this a 2 for 1 review. If your looking for parts, or have customization questions. This is the place to ask them, this is the place to get those parts. Duncan will always provide his insight and isn't afraid to tell you if it will work or not from a mechanical and aesthetic point of view. This I really appreciate as it's hard to find someone so passionate that is willing to take the time, listen and provide that insight.
Overall I am extremely pleased with Duncan and his crew. (They're geniuses, honestly) They have definitly made my return to motorcycling after 18 years enjoyable which makes me want to keep riding.
