★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to overcharge me for a used battery they claimed was new, it did not fit my model and after very rudely telling me to let them try, they agreed and Finely refunded my money, Harleys are NOT there strong suit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just dealt Jack at R E Cycles, always treats me right! Knowledgeable, fair and trustworthy. Anyone needing his help with be extremely satisfied. I will NEVER use anyone but Jack for my bike PERIOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and spoke to Jack on a Tuesday regarding them changing the bearings in my rear wheel. He said that they could. Later that afternoon I brought my wheel to them. Jack said that he would order the parts right away.
Two days later I had not heard from Jack. Although not expecting the wheel to be finished, I thought he might give me a timeframe. Instead, he told me the bearing would not take long to install once they received them. I asked when that might be. He said " they might be on delivery truck just arriving now". This was a Thursday.
The following Thursday I called to check on my wheel. Jack said that the bearings had not yet arrived. I asked if he could check on a timeframe and he grudgingly did. He said "they changed the backorder date to December 4".
To be clear, I was never told about a backorder. Presumably, he would have known about the backorder and the unlikelihood of the parts arriving that past Thursday.
He called me back later to say he found an alternate supplier and they would probably arrive next week. I initially agreed but found a different shop and cancelled minutes later. I picked up my wheel about one hour later.
That other shop received my wheel today and returned it to me today with the bearings installed.
I don't mind that they don't have stock on things. I give them -Jack really- a 1 star rating due to extremely poor communication.
I wanted to like this little shop. However, if they treat my little job with so little attention they won't get a chance on anything else.
I suppose that they will not care about that either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! I had my Harley at a Harley service centre for over a month and they were in able to find the problem. I took my bike to RE Cycle and in less than 24 hours my bike was repaired, oil and filters changed and ready to roll. RE Cylcle has amazing knowledgeable staff. Friendly, efficient and reasonable. Thank you for your service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob has always been treated our family like gold and been our goto guy for hard to find parts and solutions.. we've tried other places and always end up just calling Jack and asking Rob to actually get it done right . RE just put new cams into the Ultra Limited and wholly F does it scream at about 6 grand RPM now ,?? I highly recommend this upgrade and these boys know how to do it right apparently it is tuned to perfection ..Thank you Gentlemen !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, booked a U-Haul for Mill bay and when I went to pick it up they said it was in Chemainus. We left the Mill Bay location and said picking up in Chemainus wasn’t going to work for us. Fifteen minutes later we get a call from this “business “ ridiculing us for not picking up a U-Haul we booked for another part of the Island. Person on the phone told us to “f-off” and we had our young kids in the car who overheard this. Can’t imagine why U-Haul would use this location.. avoid supporting this business if you can.
