Silivo is the man. Great customer service. Kind, curtious and a pleasure to engage with. Definitely an asset to this establishment. Definitely reccomend this place!!!

I called to inquire about a storage locker and the courtesy and amazing staff were so so helpful and amazing. The receptionist Jessica was cheerful and amazingly helpful and the manager Silvio was nice and also helped me get all the information I needed. I suggest if you are looking for a storage unit this is the place to go. I give it a 10/10

Doesn't seem to me that there is any real professionalism at this place. Between staff and owner I'm extremely disappointed and wish there was space elsewhere available to rent. For 2 months I spoke with the owner re my situation and seemed helpful until I actually needed my vehicle there. The first 2 months I paid for an outdoor spot and without my vehicle there. The site manager refrained from telling me about the prepayment promotion until I went there to pay in person for the first month. Had I known beforehand I could have brought the right amount for the "promotion". However its not really a promotion when its the going rate all year round.. I brushed it off because I only had this place as an option for outdoor storage which is 118 a month!!!! Outrageous it is. The site manager increased the monthly rate but there was no email or letter or phone call to advise me of this ahead of time.i couldn't get into my email to see my bill so I had called to ask and if I didn't I never would have known before paying. I'm becoming less and less impressed with this place. Not only did they increase outdoor space but there are no designated 'spots'. When my vehicle was being brought there the girl working (jessica) gave me her word that I would get an i door spot and that turned out to be a lie. Not only did the site manager have to break the news to me, he bluntly said his system is 'retarded proof'. He stated that if she was there now he would call her to the front only to throw her under the bus......in front of us (my friend and i).....not professional in the least. Amyway so I asked where my spot was and her response was "I don't know just find somewhere to park it. There are no designated spots outside".. This girl involved her personal life with her work when she offered to charge me half her rent for just renting 1 of the 2 bedrooms in her small house, and offered for me to stay for at least 2 months and possibly up to 6 months. She ghosted me after this. What a joke! So long story short I wrote a review stating they were friendly etc but my complaint was the lack of promotions. Turns out the only promotion they give is 10 bucks off next bill if u leave a Google review ? I wonder if editing my original review will actually count ? not happy to be a customer here.

Great place for dry storage, the guy is always super nice and down to earth and is always available to answer my questions when needed. They accept packages for you and even hold them until I’m available to pick them up.

Clean, dry and spacious storage units. Amazing customer service from Silvio. He goes above and beyond for customers and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I first stored my personal belongings here in 2018 ,I lost my job and needed storage at reasonable prices with a decent facility.I was very content especially with the site access and security. As soon I was notified this business was bought out I suspected the cost would go up much higher since thats exactly what happened to me prior and actually was one of the reasons that caused me to move in the first place. I understand basic inflation .However the cost total storage fees has gone up by 35% since 2020! An extra 500$ plus per year.Sorry, Unfortunately If it were not for that I would probably rate this facility higher. (P.D)M.ONT

My entire experience was made seamless by the staff at Apple Self Storage. I was going through a break-up and needed somewhere to store my stuff. I found the unit I wanted on their website and went to the business to acquire one. They showed me the unit I was requesting and within 10 minutes, I was done. The 24/7 access via gatecode and CCTV, plus heated storage makes them an easy choice.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Silvio for helping me secure storage for my son who is in university but needs a place over the summer to store his stuff while at home. It was a pleasure chatting with him and having me walk through the rental process. With 3 more years of University ahead, we will definitely be seasonal customers for sure!
