L	L B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there 5 times to change my license and every time the system is down, printer issues, camera problems….. does anyone actually work and do anything there. I think one star is too many!!
R	Rob Latimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. Just moved from BC to Ontario and they were so ignorant and rude during the entire process for my licence. I’ve been sent through the city for my plates, licence, and health card. It is sad to treat people as though they ignorant to the system. Hope I will never have to return and that the staff working today 2022.03.30 get a reality check on customer service
a	aA Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove from 2 hours away to take a G road test( I have been driving for 8-9 years. I made the mistake of letting my G2 expire before so I took the G test late). So as the process begins, you have to register inside and they tell you that you MUST IMMEDIATELY take your slip and wait in the car for your instructor with your MASK ON. Lady inside told me if the instructor comes and your mask is not on they will cancel the test. So I rush to my car and wait. The instructor was 15-20 minutes late. He came and brought a trainee with him. He said do you mind if she joins? I said there is no room in the back and he says she will move it. The trainee just pushed my stuff to the side and sits in here with us, how rude. I did not think that it's good covid protocols as I was told to wait with my mask on in my own vehicle alone. The test started,I was turning my head and looking in all directions when making lane changes and when merging. The instructor at the end told me I did not pass and I do not meet the industry standards. Also he said it is because I DID NOT LOOK AROUND ENOUGH.I have heard the employees here may discriminate and being a person of color I must say that is how I felt. They failed me for no reason, Horrible customer service and the ladies inside seemed to hate their job. Do not book here! It is not safe to look at our mirrors more than the road. No one looks around like that when driving, if they do they are complete psychos but I still overdid it for the test. Apparently that was not enough. These cavemen practices should be updated at some time!
S	Sylvia Verissimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service at call centre . Tried to book a road test for over an hour, and the system kept kicking me out. Then spoke to a number of staff to try and book it, but they insisted that I call back in 20 minutes after being on the phone with them for 20 minutes, because their system wasn’t responding and allowing them to book the appointment . Spoke to supervisor (Trudi)/manager Desiree about frustrations . They are all very rude and unprofessional. Her response was to call back in 20-40 minutes as she wasn’t going to hold up the line for her staff. So bottom line, after two hours of trying to book a road test , I call back and spoke with Mohsin, who was so rude . I was trying to verify if my info that I provided previously was on the system and he was very wishy washy in his responses. I asked if he could send the booking time to me via email that was on file. He said that he didn’t have it , but somehow had everything else . Then when I provided it, he said that he just needed to verify it. I told him to change his tone as he was being rude, so he says that I was being rude. I told him that I hoped that the call was being recorded as I wanted to file a complaint with his supervisor. He said that it was . I then called to make a complaint but the manager was now gone for the day and supervisor went on lunch break. I was told to call back in an hour to connect with her . I have decided to leave this review to warn you about the lack of quality of service and customer care.
k	kimia kahrizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my appointment for G2 ( road test) twice last week (May 20 and and 24) and it was cancelled every time with no explanation and just they informed me 3- 6 hours before my booking through email and when I went to the Kingston drive test center in person to know what is going on , the lady behind the desk responded me with no reasonable explanation or apologizing and just said it is cancelled and only thing that she can do is to reschedule it fir two or three days later. I traveled to Kingston because I temporarily live in Quebec and my G1 driver license was taken from Ontario and I wanted to pass my G2 test in Ontario as well and no chance with such a bizarre operation in there.
D	Damon Crossfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who struggles with anxiety it was such a relief to find the friendly staff so helpful, welcoming and accommodating. A special shout out to the examiner Rick. He was calm and very easy to talk to. Great dude!
S	Sylva Marsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tested here twice, both during Covid. First time the people inside were pleasant and the drive straight forward. I didn't pass, I don't agree fully with what was said, but I made sure to keep the issues in mind when I went back. The second time was today. (Jan 5th) everyone inside was just as pleasant. Unfortunately the systems were down so they were back to paper testing but you could tell everyone was doing their best to make it as smooth as possible. My drive test was with Britney (I believe). She was an absolute pleasure!!! She made me feel very comfortable and her instructions were on point. She was bright and chipper which put me at ease. That makes testing so much easier!!! Thank you Britney for being an awesome tester. You made this stressed out momma take a breath and get through it. I passed, and I really think you contributed to it. Thank you.

The instructor I had was Taylor and she was so kind and helpful during my test! She made the experience very positive and gave clear timely instructions.
