★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMA left me stranded on the side of the road at 11pm! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and when I called AMA they refused to help me. I wound up having to call a local towing company to come and help me because of the lack of compassion and understanding from the AMA reps. I even spoke to a supervisor to try and help me and he was the rudest one of them all!!! Terrible customer service. I’m cancelling my membership and never using them again!!! They have lost a customer for life. And I’m telling all of my friends about this experience. I cannot believe that they were so heartless as to leave me - a single woman alone at night - stranded on the side of the road with nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member all my child years as my dad made us a member through the family account. After 20 years I finally got my family a membership. And I'm very disappointed in the service with travel. With covid and applying for passports delays and by appointment only. The lady who did our passport pics forgot to stamp ome set of 3 sets of passport pics for my kids. I booked my app to the passport office 3 weeks in advance to find out we cannot apply for a passport for my daughter without the stupid stamp. We leave on vacation in 2.5 weeks!!! I'm irate! And the lady I spoke to at ama over the phone did not have audacity to even apologize once! Even when I mentioned you didnt even apologize for this MAJOR inconvenience!!!! I'm really second guessing my membership!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had our car break down in Calgary by Chinook Centre after a 10 hour drive and Nick, the AMA service member dispatched to us, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help us figure out a place to tow our car even though everywhere was closed and then stayed with us until we were able to be picked up by some friends.Give this guy a raise!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you go to this location, definitely ask for Wesley! I went in for a time sensitive Registry Service request and Wesley was incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and provided honest advice regarding the fact that a rush service wouldn't actually benefit my specific request. It's rare you find someone that is willing to save the customer money while providing top notch customer service! I will definitely be moving my business to this location from now on.

Tasks helped with:
- Adding another person to car ownership
- travel maps
- travel insurance
- ID photos
- Drive licence address change
All top quality service.
Would give them more stars if it was possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much for caring about their members. I have been a premium AMA member for years and had my account on an auto renew basis. Their system did not auto renew my membership and now I’m stuck without service and they want to charge me almost $300 to reinstate. The membership department was “not able to do anything” without me paying for their error. Talk about road side robbery. If you’re looking for an alternative for AMA, consider using a local tow truck company or Road Aider (cheaper and better service).
