They took their time to methodological explain to me the state of my hard drive after their review and advised me on the length of time that will be required to fully recover the data from it. The data recovery was completed on time at no additional ost than initially estimated. Additionally, they explained to me the various data drives on the market, their pros and cons and recommended a good one for me. I will definitely use their services in the future. Their pricing was excellent, relatively lower than their competitors.
