They patiently spent hours working out a a problem, and the fees charged were far less than i expected. These guys are efficient, hard-working, super customer focused, provide over the top service and are very nice people.
I highly recommend Surrey Geeks as the go to place for all your IT needs:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, knowledgeable staffs, and professional work done on replacing the dead motherboard and rearranging my PC in the way I wanted.
However, it took much longer than I was notified/expected due to shortage in CPU tester.
Overall, very solid work and would recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Surrey Geeks. My laptop hard drive was corrupted. They were helpful in recuperating as much data into a new HD, which allowed me to carry on with the project. With the reception by Aman and other techs, it became evident they were there to correct my problem at a very acceptable and reasonable cost. A follow up call a week later to make sure i was happy and all was going well with my laptop, indicated they were professionals. Thank you to the Surrey Geek Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Surrey Geeks through emails to replace my SSD for my 2015 iMac. They replied mentioning that they can do the job and ask for the serial number (Apple Serial numbers can be used to look up the specs). After providing the S/N I got two price quotes (1TB, 512MB) SSD. Quotes provided very appealing (I knew this repair is not easy), and to make sure we exchanged a few more emails. Afterward, I decided to take my iMac to them.
After I went there, they completely changed their tune. "No way that we can do for that price", "We need to open and see", "We may not be able to repair it", "talk to the technician given you the quote". At that time there were two people and this was from the lead tech or the owner of the shop, rude and not apologetic at all.
The person who gave me the quote was not in and they were able to call him and the secretary. Now they have changed the wording to "we have given you the price only for the parts". From the start, I was asking them to replace the SSD, not the parts. If I need only parts there are many other places like Amazon, Why would I go to a strip mall shop to buy parts.
I took my iMac home and was able to fix it myself thanks to youtube and the internet.
This is a highly unreliable repair shop. Either they give you lower quotes to bait people in or have no clue of what they are doing.
I try my best to see the good in people and am very hesitant to give lower ratings, Giving 2 stars, Bcz at least one person at the shop was apologetic understood it's their mistake.
