★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was trying to purchase a unit in a complex they manage... they would not answer any emails and were always "in meetings" whenever we tried to call to get info required to complete the purchase. When we finally got a hold of someone they were extremely condescending and rude... apparently we would have had to pay extra for security in order to run our business past 5pm because the gate was locked after 5pm... interesting as we viewed the property after 6pm on a week day and two units in there are open till 8pm or later 7 days a week... Got the feeling from the tone of voice they thought I was lying.
According to one of the unit owners, Maple Leaf are impossibly hard to get a hold of when there is any strata issues.
Avoid this company. You're better off managing your strata yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst management company, no transparency. No responsiveness, minimal effort and care to actually managing the property. I imagine they only get contracts from their developers who they are “friendly” with cause no one in their right rational mind would pick this company to manage anything. Absolute trash and not to mention their rude and poor customer service despite being paid to manage and provide service.
Avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is not managed properly. Lights do not get fixed, broken doors, etc. Multiple calls / emails to management goes unanswered. Seems like businesses can do as they please....hanging signs, posters, etc. Their side walk is full of business signs. What ticked me off is that a person in a wheel chair couldnt get by since one of the grocery store leaves their grocery outside. Lot is also not cleaned regularly. Even though this was built in 2005 (I think) but it appears as if this building is over 50 years old.
