I have bought and Sold at least half a dozen homes in the last 30 plus years but the service provided by Bobby was second to none. His extensive knowledge of the area and top marketing approach gave us the upper hand. He was also not afraid to tell us the truth about certain aspects of our property that potential Buyers may not like. We followed his advice and did some simple renovations which in turn gave us the best selling price in the neighborhood. I have recommended numerous friends and family members to him. Each and everyone of them continue to use his services.

We were first time Sellers and second time Buyers but he still explained and helped us navigate the process with ease. He is very knowledgeable and quickly responded to our many questions. He helped us find the right place and was able to negotiate for a price that we were very happy with. As for Selling, his tips, and professional marketing made our property the highest selling priced home in the neighborhood. Overall our experience working with Bobby was excellent and we would definitely work with him again in the future. We have recommended him to our friends and family and he has not disappointed!
