These sales people didn’t have much knowledge of the installation process or their product. MJ windows sent an installation expert that talked me through the installation process and answered all of my questions during the quote process. This gave me a confident feeling that I was making the right decision to hire MJ windows to make and install new windows for my house. The installation for 15 windows and 3 sliding doors went very smooth and their installers were very professional. My only regret is that I didn’t call Manga and his team at MJ windows 5 years earlier.

During installation we found that the previous owner had done a terrible DIY job on some windows which posed major installation issues. MJs installer was able to overcome and install properly the new MJ windows. Their windows have not only provided more comfort in the house but also look awesome on the house! I am happy and have confidence with their windows and workmanship and I recommend them whole heartedly!

MJ can't be beat on their price and their one day swap is awesome. Their commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied is second to none.
S	S MacGregor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great! Quick turnaround time after quotes, installation was fast and professional. The installers are friendly and aim to please. We used them twice and are happy with the results. One of their windows had a small vapor leak after installation, and they took care of it right away, so they stand behind their product. We had a miscommunication with a couple of windows opening on the wrong side (LH v RH), but the installer fixed it right away on the job site.

Poor quality and while they say there is a warranty there isn't. Cheaper isn't always better and I will have to find another company and pay more money to replace the defective window.

I saved thousands of dollars, their installers were very professional and did a great job. Will definitely do business again with these guys. Some of the quotes that I got for this job were 300% higher than what I paid to MJ windows!
S	Shabnam Nabavi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst!!! Poor quality. Awful service. They don't honor their warrantees. Air leaks from all parts of window frame and glass. Sliding doors leak air and water comes in with a heavy rain. We have five windows with moisture between glass and they don't return calls to look at or fix. One window dropped I side the frame, and now on an angle. We are using tape to keep air out. Not worth any savings!!!
