Exceptional service. A special shout out to Muhammad as well. He is very knowledgeable and such an easy person to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt twice with Satinder and his very professional staff at Onsite Geeks. In March 2019, I had an issue with the fan in my desktop overheating. One of the technicians picked up my machine at home, promptly I may add when the appointment was booked, delivered back to me a week later. Very satisfied with the work completed. Beginning of 2020, unfortunately I had a short circuit in the motherboard of the same machine, possibly a power surge as they advised me, their solution was to set me up with a refurbished system. As my desktop was older, this seemed a reasonable way to deal with it, very happy with everything they did. Great service, I would highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this company. They did fake fixes and charged us only to continue to have the same problem over and over. The tech refused to admit he didn't know how to fix it and kept blaming other things. So our problem was never fixed but they still charged me! The lady was rude about it and said that it was my fault because I should have called the office. Meanwhile the tech gave me his phone number and told me to contact him. He was their employee so what would I not follow his direction. I have been in business for 17 years and never have I dealt with such an unprofessional company. They do not care about fixing the issue, they only care about getting paid. I paid them and am making this review as promised. Don't make the same mistake I did.
UPDATE: The response that this company made is completely false! We had our network set up by Shaw, lol. And this company kept blaming it on Shaw. Shaw could do nothing because it wasn't their equipment. And we had to replace our equipment because they were never able to fix it! Why would we need a complimentary visit when we have a new system through a different tech company that actually works with absolutely no issue. What an unprofessional response with no accountability!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tek arrived on time and got straight to work.. He solved my issue almost instantly so I had him do some maintenance and clean-up on all my devices. He made it look pretty simple and it all happened quickly.
This is not the first time I have used the On-site Geeks and it won't be the last.
