Maybe she just needs more experience but I would not be going back. I was surprised to see the five star reviews below. Turns out Dr. Merrill Ong who wrote one of the reviews is her fiancé in the same clinic. Very biased and misleading...hope he thinks twice before referring his patients to her with such high expectations.

I was new to naturopathic treatments and Dr.S was always ready with a warm smile, very professional and caring at each session. She put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I was pretty scared about poking needles in my skin, but Dr. Sandy was very gentle and calming. She explained the possible causes for my headaches and proposed a treatment plan and made sure that I was OK with it every step of the way. And she would never do something that I wasn't comfortable with. After a month, I felt better about acupuncture and especially enjoy the jade roller technqiue! Only time will tell about my headaches. I've been seeing Dr. Sandy for only a few weeks now, getting acupuncture twice a week (something else I didn't believe in). I'm happy to say, I've been proven wrong. The chronic foot pain I've been suffering for a year has been greatly reduced just after 3 sessions with her. In terms of my other symptoms and issues, Dr. Sandy was very attentive and asked a lot of probing questions to suggest some dietary alternatives that still allow me to indulge in healthier, yet still tasty versions of my favourite foods. After our first meeting, she personally prepared a special herbal tea and gave me some drops for my water to take daily to help deal with them. She may be young, but she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She knows her stuff. And she has a great support staff of professionals in other fields that she is more than happy to leverage in order to solve any issues you may have. She really cares. Highly recommend her, ESPECIALLY, if this is your first experience with Natural Medicine.
