★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Step Up due to a pain in my upper back. Dr Jacky Leung was performed a targeted deep tissue massage, def not for the faint of heart as the pressure is very strong (of course he regularly checked if the pressure is too much) and I was able to feel a noticeable result in just one RMT session. By the end of the 2nd session the pain in my upper back was gone. I definitely recommend coming to Step Up for deep tissue (and targeted) massage.
Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Their scheduling portal system is very intuitive allows you to manage your scheduling (and Covid screening) done in an instant.

I also like how convenient it is to have so many services centralized in one location. Shout out to their direct billing services and friendly receptionists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to step-up for a variety of my services. They accept direct billing for your insurance and provide a professional clinical experience aiding several of your needs. I highly recommend a bunch of their professionals, from Benjamin Reid, Dr. Benson Zhou, and Dr. Victoria Ho. It’s fantastic being able to have a variety of clinical professionals that can assist you in recovering from different issues.
Personally, I am an active professional, that works a 9-5 job and tries to work out 5 days a week and this place makes every experience seamless.
I have recommended this place to several family members and friends in the neighborhood that also agree that this place is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here for a while for massages with Ben Reid. He’s excellent. He has such extensive knowledge of muscles and what’s causing my chronic pain, and helps me understand the cause of the problem (often postural or sport-related).
He’s also got verification for prenatal massages, which was incredible when I was pregnant. I’ll never forget the feeling I had leaving an appointment when I was 38 weeks pregnant, and he made me feel relaxed and comfortable for the first time in a couple months.
I’ll definitely keep going to him, and highly recommend his massages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing various Therapists at Step up Message & Rehab and all have been fantastic. Recently, I've been seeing a Chiropractor named Victoria Ho. She is the best chiropractor I've ever been treated by. She uses a variety of therapies to alleviate my pain such as massage, stretching, adjustments, and acupuncture and her results speak for themselves. I noticed a big improvement from the first time she treated me and continued to see huge improvements with each visit. She's incredible and the office itself is very professional. Highly recommend Step Up.
