★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for quite a while - Gilles is a great physiotherapist and I've been seeing him for years! He really takes the time to get to know you and recommend practical exercises and plans based on your individual needs. I also saw Janice for some massage therapy recently and it was a really positive experience. She took the time to explain the anatomical connections/reasons for pain so that you can make appropriate changes as needed.
The online booking platform is also really easy to use (and I appreciate the flexibility with hours allowing for appts after a typical 9-5 work day!) Highly recommend this clinic for your physiotherapy and massage therapy needs!

As an athletic person I intend to keep them on retainer for my physical wellbeing for the years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashley is full of life and knowledge and his approach to massage will not only heal you but will get you in tune with your body to work at its full capacity. My low back was bothering me for months which lead to knee pain. One session with Ashley and my back pain disappeared, my gait feels fluid and i feel lighter. He has magic hands. Thank you Ashley.
