★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Papp himself is efficient and great. However I don't remember ever getting in for my appointment in less than an hour. Be prepared to spend one to two hours here for a ten minute appointment. Extremely frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this Dermatologist for about 17 years. He is fantastic and looks out for the interest of the patient always. While I cant speak for all skin conditions, he is on the leading edge when it comes to treatments for psoriasis. A superb doctor and great all around person.

Terrible reception service, i will give NEGATIVE STAR RATING. Seems normal at this office as seen in other reviews too.
Explained, here is why:
I had called to check on a quick information - the phone line remained busy for the till 11:30 AM and then I managed to get thru to reception. The reception answered the call & told me that she is putting me on hold for a minute.
The entire time my call was on hold, the holding music was a FM radio with bad reception for more than 35 mins and then i decided to drive to the this address, keeping this call on.
When I reached at the Doctor's office, there were no patient waiting, there were 2 people at the reception and no one attending to Cy's reception. with call time at 52 mins, I was able to speak to one of the receptionist.
When inquired the process to put a formal compliant, all I was told is to speak or write to Dr. Kim Papp and were given his card. I think such lackadaisical attitude towards patient should be complained with the ministry instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciated my visit with Dr. Papp. He was thorough and patient. His assistant is wonderful and I was in and out in a short time.. The rooms are clean and the setup is very organized and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Doctor and Staff! Dr. Papp saw my Dad and was so professional yet funny and friendly. We had a great appointment and Dr. Papp made a visit that could have been scary into a fun afternoon. Plus the staff there are great, so polite and knowledgeable and the clinic is super clean, well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously there are many of us with referrals that need help but you like the backlog as it keeps you busy but makes the patients wait a ridiculous amount of time to see you... A simple solution would be to hire more Dermatologists as this just shows how greedy you really are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over 6 months for first appointment. After we went to appointment, medication didn’t work and called to book follow up appointment to find other solutions. Reception couldn’t book an appointment without talking to Doctor. Took a week and three phone calls to get an answer and rebook a follow-up appointment -only to be told my daughter was……discharged and needed to get another referral from family doctor? Never again. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An abomination to medicine. I waited over a year to see him, he didn't treat me or help me AT ALL, discharged me wrongfully. When I called back for another appointment, it took me TWO WEEKS and 3 calls to find out he wouldn't accept me, I need another referral to wait ANOTHER YEAR. DO NOT SEE THIS MAN, HE WILL NOT HELP YOU. I have been dealing with this problem for 3 years and he DOES NOT CARE
