C	Caro A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not see this doctor if you are a woman! After many invasive tests and three visits that took about a year, he said he could not treat me. During my first visit, random male doctors/residents walked in and out of a room where I was sitting, alone, and totally exposed from the waist down. A very traumatic experience. I saw another urologist who ran the same tests, saw the same ulcers and diagnosed me with IC. I lived for 1.5 years in incredible pain because of this man. Please stay away from him. He is incredibly arrogant and discriminatory. I mean he reviewed himself on Google and gave himself 5 stars - what more do you need to know??

He is also the greatest guy there is. He is highly skilled and can be trusted to do the best work possible. Dr. Elterman is definitely leading edge and we are very very fortunate to have him. I really admire Dr. Elterman's professional consciousness. His assistant is awesome too.

The procedure went well but unbeknownst to everyone, my dad had kidney stones that hindered his recovery, leading to a blocked ureter, UTI, acute renal failure and urinary retention. Dr. Elterman and his team was monitoring my dad's recovery every step of the way and accurately guiding us to seek emergency help. Following the removal of my dad's kidney stones and 6 weeks of IV antibiotics, my father is finally catheter-free, voiding on his own and feeling like his former, healthier self. We've dealt with many medical clinics over the years. Dr. Elterman and his team are one of the most responsive, reliable, intelligent and caring medical professionals we've had the pleasure of meeting. How often do doctors give their personal cell number to patients? Dr. Elterman did. He trusts that his patients will not abuse the kindness, but he makes himself available and responds promptly when contacted. He is brilliant, compassionate and a gem of a doctor. We highly recommend him and his Rezüm procedure.

I called you last week and, by chance I spoke with you, maybe not even one minute because you hung up, telling me you have three doctors you don't have time. I sent you an email with my proof of Vaccination for Covid-19, I have a health insurance with my work and you should have received the referral of my family doctor. What else do you need to make an appointment ? If I am trying to get an appointment it is because I have a health issue not for fun but I guess you don't mind. Damien
