Typical food court fast food.

Terrible taste. Their Spicy noodles has an after taste. It has more cabbage than noodles.

I really liked their beef and broccoli and the portions were nice nice

The customer service is absolutely horrible. Walked away and did not go through with my order. Wow!

No two experiences are alike. The place is located in the Toronto Western Hospital as part of the Food Court. I was there both last week and today. Last week, we over paid due to a very confusing "make up your own plate" system which is like playing the shell game. Having thought that I know understood the system, I placed my order starting with basil chicken and building my sides around it. Two dinners cost almost $19.00 without drinks. When I arrived home, I found that there is no meat in any of the dinners. I have just contacted them - and was hung up on - several times. I am waiting to see if they are willing to make some compensatory arrangements. As far as the food goes, it is freshly made every day, and for a fast food place within a hospital, is both tasty and nutritious. If the signage was clear, and one got what they ordered, this place is a good option to the usual fast food fare. FOLLOW UP TO THE ABOVE RATING: Just a warning to anyone contemplating purchasing from the Toronto Western Hospital location. * Walk on by *. The attitude and service leave much to be desired. One two occasions, I bought two dinners, both of which came to almost $20.00. When I got home, there was no meat in either of the dinners. I have had to enlist the help of the hospital security to get the telephone number of the female manager, whom I am told is never at that location. She "authorized" two replacement dinners after much goading, and when my friend, who was at the hosptial for tests today, went to pick them up, found one complete and the other dinner a dog's breakfast - partially full and without vegetables. She was asked to pay more monies. It is akin to extortion not to mention very bad customer service. I am going to address this with the hospital since they rent space to Asian Gourmet and advise all to stay away from that particular facility as they behave as if they are doing the customer a favour by paying their over inflated prices for substandard fare.

Paid $6.99 for chicken balls, literally got 3 of them, what a rip off.

I've ordered delivery from here twice in the last week, their food is DELICIOUS, huge portions, and they are always very quick! I appreciate everything you do for us, Asian Gourmet!

Grilled chicken is good but the customer service was really bad! He was very rude.
