They explain things to you if you're interested and the dentist has a soft touch so limited pain if you have a low pain tolerance. Super respectful and I felt comfortable. Hidden gem in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my mom to Dr Karim Bassily. Told him how nervous she is about going to a dentist because it’s been years and last time she went it was a traumatic experience.
Dr Bassily and the dental hygienist were extremely patient with my mom and gave her as much time as she needed, always checking in with her to make sure she’s okay.
My mom now trusts Dr Bassily to take care of her dental health after many years refusing to the dentist.
Wonderful service and people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been pleasure visiting Dr. Bassily's clinic today. I'm so glad to finally feel comfortable and confident fixing my teeth. I'm very satisfied with the final result and the cosmetic work done. Dr. Bassily has a magic and professional way to make the patient comfortable and satisfied with the result. The most important thing is that my kids and I agreed that we didn't feel the anesthesia needle at all :)
Moreover, the staff is awesome and very friendly, and an elegant hygienic clinic.
It's highly recommended to give him a visit and you won't regret it.
