O	Oxana Pogoutse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am wondering why such a low overall review. I 'have been using this post office for many years and can not say any bad thing about their service. The owner ( I guess he works over the counter too) is polite, friendly and helpful. What else do you need.

The older gentleman has been unhelpful to me on more than one occasion. He is slow and drags his feet. It is a pain to go there. This outlet actually deserves zero stars.

This store carries greeting cards, packaging supplies, gifts and other items that I have yet to explore. It's always a pleasure to visit! Thank you!

When he did show up he was very unhelpful with my packages. Avoid this place if you want good service!

I grew up in this neighborhood and everything about my recent experiences from sending/receiving mail and MoneyGram at this location are less than satisfactory. On my initial visit, I went to this location to send mail. I was welcomed warmly by an older serviceman as I was spending over $34 on shipping a card for a birthday. The package didn’t even make it on time. He was up-selling, just to up-sell. I was told by the same serviceman to come back to that specific location as they have specialty stamps, MoneyGram and package pickups. I said ok. I went to the same location 4 days later. I asked the same serviceman that helped me before for a MoneyGram “Receive” form as I needed to receive money. I was immediately shoo’d away and told he wasn’t a bank and didn’t have money to give. He didn’t even ask me how much I needed to receive. I reminded him of his words on my last visit, but he abruptly interrupted me then continued to shoo me away and remind me he wasn’t a bank. Awful customer service. I cannot believe Canada Post allows this kind of behavior. I will never be back. I rather drive an extra 10km just to avoid this location.

Today for exampleI had to ship to a different country and I didn’t know how to read the address/postal code etc. and he kept checking on me and helped me fill out my form. He’s very attentive and nice. I wish more people in customer service were like him.
M	MR Mister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service from the man running the show in there. He refused to ship my package, which was a t-shirt and had a pre-paid shipping label that covers up to 5kilos. He said the exact weight needed to be on it but this was the label the company provided for me. He yelled at me in front of all the customers and was horrific!!!! What's the big deal?? I will never and have never returned to this Canada Post again. He gives the company a bad name not to mention pushing collective coins on everyone who ships packages. GET NEW STAFF!!!! Choose Canada Post at Shoppers down the street instead! Way nicer staff, fast service and nobody pushing products on you.
