H	Hitsu ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're just dropping off an envelope/buying a stamp or picking up a package, they're fine. If you run a small business and have 10+ packages to drop off, go to another location. Also, if you want friendly, helpful people, definitely go elsewhere. The people working here barely acknowledge you and act as though customers are a nuisance.
R	Rizwan Qadir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an Amazon return, very delighted by the experience. You are welcomed by friendly staff that takes the time to understand and address your needs. They also have a small convenience store where you can find essential items. Photocopier is generally hard to find in the area. The nearest copier I could find was about a mile away to the east of Lakeshore Road. So I was absolutely delighted to find that they offer photocopy service as well. Thumbs up keep up the good work

I think these older reviews are based on service from the previous owners. No more waiting in lines at busy Shoppers Drug Mart outlets anymore. They’ll have our business for years to come. Thank you for making our day every time we come in:)

T	T K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I witnessed a disgruntled customer who was upset because she wasn't getting what she wanted. The owner was polite and respectful, yet she started cussing and cursing. He remained calm and professional. So don't give too much credence to the negative comments. They are either not true or simply a gross exaggeration of their experience. This is the best Post Office around.

Unfortunately the largest box they sell was just slightly too narrow for my item, but the owner wrapped up my item in multiple layers of newspaper, bubble wrap and plastic wrap so it could still be shipped without being damaged. I very much appreciated him taking the time to help me package my item. I would highly recommend this post office to anyone.
