★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you are in the clinic, the service is outstanding. However, in case of emergency where kids brackets or braces break or dislocate, it is very frustrating to firstly get through to someone over the weekends and public holidays and then getting a prompt appointment to get the problem fixed. They should realize that it is painful and inconvenient for the kids during such emergencies and they were already very frustrated having braces. They must have a separate hotline and resources to address such emergencies which must be frequent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Village orthodontics has been phenomenal, my teeth are in such better shape they are straight I am no longer self conscious about it and it's only been roughly 7 to 8 months and my smile is so nice. Each appointment is so quick and easy. They answer any questions I may have each visit, I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Square One Location for a follow up - they found that a portion of my lower wire was broken - so they arranged to get it replaced right then.
I had the pleasure of meeting Merril who completed the necessary work. I mentioned to her that my teeth are very sensitive. She was kind, gentle, personable, very professional and she just made the whole process very easy!
Merril and the rest of Dr. Murrell’s team at Village Orthodontics are wonderful!

He has ever never been fond of dental appointments but the very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make it so much easier for him to feel at ease. I definitely recommend Village Orthodontics to anyone who is thinking about correcting their smile. Ask for Dr. Doucette. She's great!

My daughter always felt safe and happy coming to the office during these trying times. I would highly recommend orthodontic treatment with Dr Gordon.
